I kept thinking, “It’s only three sessions—it probably won’t make much of a difference,” but in the end, I was actually surprised. Dr. Li is very gentle and professional. She never told me to “get better quickly” or to “just let it go.” She let me know that it’s okay to cry, to feel sad, and to make my own decisions. When I was afraid, she was there for me. Therapist Cai Yunlin is truly professional. I had been suffering from numbness in my hands for a long time due to neck strain, but it hadn’t improved. I came here for private treatment, and Therapist Cai carefully assessed and treated me. After a few sessions, the numbness and pain were noticeably gone. She also taught me exercises to relieve shoulder and neck stiffness and improve my posture—she’s really attentive.
